PROFILES, January 2008 “From The Director’s Chair”

A new year brings with it many changes, opportunities and challenges.  I, for one, promise (unfortunately, once again) to lose the same ten pounds that I lost last year and somehow gained back.  Talk about challenges!  This year is no different when it comes to moving The Arc forward.  Read the rest of the article on our What's New page.

Oakland Community Mental Health Authority

The new Oakland Community Mental Health Authority centralized access service for both MORC, Inc. and CLS-Oakland, Inc., at the Common Ground-Sanctuary, Inc., is now in service!  This is where you call to begin all admissions and intakes.  The toll-free number is: 1-800-231-1127.

Tom Kendziorski is our “$100K MAN”!

Our DIRECTOR ran the CHICAGO MARATHON for the SEVENTH TIME, raised over $14,500.00, exceeding the fundraising goal for an all time fundraising total of over
           $100,000.00
