The Arc of Oakland County Holiday Appeal has become a cherished tradition, showcasing the creativity and talents of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities while spreading holiday joy. We are proud to feature this year’s artist, Aaron Kowalski, and his inspiring piece, “Penguins.”
Aaron is a happy and friendly man that loves animals and absolutely loves to paint wildlife. He has been an artist at Paint a Miracle in Rochester since he was 18 years old.

Cards for a Cause: Send a Card, Spread Hope!
We’re proud to feature the incredible artwork “Penguins” by local artist Aaron Kowalski in this year’s Cards for a Cause. Cards for a Cause are blank cards that can be used for any occasion. Cards are available now, while supplies last!
Cards are sold in bundles of 25 for $35. Every card you send supports advocacy, engagement, and programs that create lasting impact, helping us build a stronger, more inclusive community while celebrating the creativity and accomplishments of the people we serve.
Card Pick-Up Information:
- Cards must be picked up at The Arc of Oakland County Office (1641 W. Big Beaver Rd., Troy, MI 48084)
- Pick-up is available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
